Shipping & delivery

Every lamp is made to order and hand-finished, which usually takes around 1–2 weeks before it ships. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, and a tracking number is emailed the moment your piece leaves the workshop.

Typical transit times once your order has shipped:

• United Kingdom — 8–12 business days
• United States — 10–15 business days
• Europe — 8–14 business days
• Rest of the world — 10–20 business days

All in, most orders arrive around 3–4 weeks after they're placed.

If your tracking shows “Pre-transit”, don't worry — your parcel is on its way to the destination country, which often takes around 7–10 days before the next scan appears. If there's still no update 10 days after dispatch, get in touch and we'll check on it for you.

Production can take much longer during busy holiday seasons such as Christmas, so we recommend ordering early. If anything is delayed, we'll always keep you posted.

International deliveries may pass through customs and can be subject to local import charges, which aren't included in the price. The estimates above don't account for potential customs delays.
